Come to a night of knitting and community to benefit BlinkNow's Women's Center.
FRIDAY, MARCH 10, 2017 6PM-10PM
KnitNow 2017 is an opportunity to spend an evening with local knitters of all levels, while making a difference for our friends in Nepal. The Women's Center runs programs that empower women through education and vocational training. This Knitathon will raise money to sponsor the training of women and contribute to the educational costs of hiring teachers.
At the Knitathon, you will receive a knitting pattern and instructions for a custom designed cowl. Throughout the evening, Karen Bailey, cowl designer, will review the different stitches used to make this symbolic cowl that represents your support for BinkNow. This cowl pattern has been aptly named
